A.O.C.A.I. acts as a network for performing and non-performing artists (amateur and professionals) such as singers (solo/ group), musicians (solo/ bands), musical ararngers, song writers, actors (stage (musicals and non-musicals)/ film(commercial/ indie), directors (stage/ film), hosts (VJ's/ DJ's/ comedians), models (ramp/print/film), photographers, visual artists (painters/ sculptors), designers (stage/ costume), writers (blogs/ poetry/ fiction/ news/articles), stylists, hair and make-up communities.

AOCAI aims to recognize the potential of its members through accreditation, to become role models to their respective communities helping through charity productions. to recommend the launching, management, and development of possible careers, and to create unity among network of artists and organizations in the Philippines and abroad.
